Overview of PE Jaw Crusher

PE Jaw Crusher Application
PE Jaw crusher has been widely applied in mining, metallurgical, construction, road and railway building, smelting, hydraulic and chemical industries, water conservancy and chemistry etc. It is mainly applied in the primary crushing in which the compressive strength of original material is under 320Mpa.

PE Jaw Crusher Working Principle
Jaw crusher reduces large size rocks or ore by compressing, a fixed jaw, mounted in a “V” alignment is the stationary breaking surface, while the moveable jaw plate exerts force on the rock by compressing it against the fixed jaw plate. Through the triangle belt, the flywheel is driven by the motor. Then the flywheel drives the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw plate do reciprocating motion.. Materials will be crushed when the movable jaw plate move towards to the fixed jaw plate. End products will be discharged through the discharging opening when the movable jaw plate move backwards.
PE Jaw Crusher Operating Principle
If for some reason the machine jams or stops running in the middle of processing, turn the circuit breaker for the machine "OFF" before doing any inspection. Once the circuit breaker is off, the thermal relay and motor relay will need to be reset. Press the red stop button for the machine and reset the relay for the motor (it is located on the motor). Wait a few minutes for the motor to cool. Before turning the breaker switch "ON" and restarting the machine, make sure the cause of the stoppage has been alleviated. NEVER work on the machine while the breaker switch is in the "ON" position.
